Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the LakeCloud platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use — you agree not to:

• —Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• —Share your account credentials with others
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• —Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
• —Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• —Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Platform without written permission
• —Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our consent

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lakeside Metaverse LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• —Modify or copy Platform materials
• —Use Platform materials for commercial purposes
• —Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• —Transfer the materials to another person

Enrollment in courses is subject to availability and any applicable fees. Access to course content may be limited by enrollment status, subscription tier, or organizational license. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course or feature at any time with reasonable notice.

Completion certificates, where offered, are awarded upon satisfactory completion of course requirements as determined by Lakeside Metaverse and are for educational purposes only.

Fees for paid programs are charged at the time of enrollment. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We offer refunds within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, contact billing@lakesidemetaverse.com.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAKECLOUD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The educational content provided on the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAKECLOUD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lakeside Metaverse, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
